1. Use of this website
By accessing this website you agree to use it lawfully and not to attempt to disrupt, probe or gain unauthorised access to it. The content here is provided for general information about our services and does not constitute a binding offer.
2. Enquiries & bookings
Submitting an enquiry or booking request through this website does not, by itself, create a contract. A booking is confirmed only once we have issued a written quote and mobilisation plan and you have accepted it. We aim to respond to enquiries within one business day.
- Information you submit must be accurate and your own to provide.
- Indicative dates are subject to availability and confirmation.
- Emergency call-outs are handled under separate, agreed arrangements.
3. Scope of services
Our inspection, testing, audit and training services are delivered to the standards and scope set out in the agreed quote and engagement documents. Certificates and reports relate only to the items inspected, at the time of inspection, and to the standard stated. They do not transfer responsibility for the ongoing operation or maintenance of any asset to us.
4. Intellectual property
All branding, text, graphics and layout on this website are owned by Risitinerig Services or used under licence, and may not be reproduced without permission. Reports and certificates we issue are provided for your use for their stated purpose.
5. Liability
While we take care to keep this website accurate and available, it is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on website content. Liability in respect of services we deliver is governed by the specific terms of the relevant engagement contract.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Risitinerig Services is registered, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
